Everything in the room was perfect: good size, very good shower, good lighting ( except for the bathroom), water bottles every day. Excellent bedding and pillows. Quiet and good soundproofing from the outside noise. Staff was very helpful even if they don't speak English....they tried everything with their translation devices on the cellphone. Free good quality bicycles, I enjoyed this for 3 days in a row with...a padlock...if you asked them. Very good value for the price paid.

The staff are helpful and friendly, they explained us about places to visit, how to get there, and where we can have local meals patiently. I liked the buffet style breakfast. The best dish was sliced onion salad, which is one of the typical products in Hengchun. Everyone must try it! We also appreciated free self-laundry services. The room was cozy and comfortable for just two of us.
